About Me
My work sits at the intersection of backend systems, platform architecture, and real user journeys. I enjoy building product platforms that remain reliable and adaptable as requirements evolve and scale increases.
I've worked on high-traffic, business-critical systems where clear abstractions, decision-driven designs, and operational soundness matter.
I bring an end-to-end perspective across backend, web, and mobile layers to keep system behavior and user experience aligned.

Where I've Worked
Senior Software Engineer @ Wolt
June 2022 - Present
- Led the design and delivery of a high-traffic support platform serving multiple markets under strict reliability and operational constraints.
- Designed and evolved a backend-driven UI framework powered by a decision-tree engine, enabling dynamic user flows and backend-controlled behavior while decoupling frontend implementation.
- Owned the long-term architecture and evolution of the platform, balancing scalability, configurability across markets, and rapid product iteration.
- Worked end-to-end across backend, web, and mobile surfaces, collaborating closely with product, frontend, and partner teams to ensure consistent user experiences.
Some Things I've Built
Featured Project
SchoolDesk
Currently operating in Ghana and DR Congo, SchoolDesk is a suite of applications that can be used for managing a school. It includes a desktop application for the school, mobile apps for both teachers and parents, and an offline encyclopaedia for students.
- ReactJS
- Electron
- ReactNative
- Python
- GCP
- MySQL
- Microservices

Featured Project
gae-env Python Package
An open source python package that allows for console-visible environment variables for Google Appengine projects. Use of this package prevents the insecure way of specifying environment variables in app.yaml files in the source code.
- Python
- Google App Engine
- PyPi

Featured Project
Funny Or Not
FunnyOrNot is a joke sharing app. It aims to gather all of the world’s jokes, in whatever format; images, videos, soundbites, and text, into one simple social app
- JS
- ReactNative
- Python
- Flask
- MySQL
- Google Cloud Platform

Other Projects
Personal Website
My first portfolio website, forked from Britanny Chiang's personal website project on Github. I've learned a lot about Gatsby and how its modular components makes building websites in React easier. Also, I had a lot of fun with JS animations using anime.
- HTML
- CSS
- JS
- Gatsby
- Github Pages

Loggabat
An NPM package for logging things in development or production only. This saves developers the time used to search source files for logs that should not go into production. Though I am not the original author of this package, I have made contributions to this project.
- NPM
- NodeJS
- JS
Gatsby Magazine (Android)
A unique online campus magazine that provides information on Fashion, Technology, and Lifestyle on campus.
Handled the entire backend and frontend for this project, with other team members.
- Java
- Django
- MongoDB
- AWS
- Firebase
FunnyOrNot (Backend)
FunnyOrNot is a joke sharing app. The backend for this app is a highly scalable application built on top of Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
